Training with National Yoga Academy opened up a new pathway of life for me. Not only did it help build my strength physically, but it developed my strength mentally and emotionally. It taught me how to fearlessly approach life, breathing through the tough moments, and moving forward with a renewed energy and patience. I am now a yoga teacher helping dancers improve their bodies and minds. My training taught me how to develop sequences tailored to the needs of my students and it also taught me how to live by example for my students.
